		<description>hey...great tool for everyone to get a break on putting money aside for education...i haven&#039;t read the implications on withdrawals (ie how will they be taxed) as currently only the income earned is taxable to the planholder (ie child)...plus i need to read up on some of the other proposed changes (ie no restrictions on how long the money is in the RESP).

so along with the new savings account of $5000/year some interesting new ways to save taxes for all canadians...

let&#039;s see if it passes in the senate...
